For our sleep patients, we are in network with most private medical insurance plans and also accept Medicare and Medicaid. When you call to book a sleep apnea visit, please have your medical insurance details ready along with your dental insurance.

When you book, that time is reserved just for you. Please give us 72 business hours’ notice (weekends not included) if you need to reschedule. Missed or late-cancelled appointments are charged $75 for a hygiene visit and $100 for a doctor visit.
